This website is undergoing massive renovation in anticipation of the Kentucky Cat Haven's new campaign!

These cats have special needs that we feel make them very unlikely to ever be adopted. Because they are so special, we consider them Permanent Residents of the Ky Cat Haven. Most will require special care for the rest of their lives. If you can't adopt a cat at this time, would you consider 'virtually adopting' a Permanent Resident? Any financial help for their care will certainly be appreciated.

Annie is a Domestic Medium-long Hair (DMH), black and white female who is approximately 4 years old. She was rescued by a caring person who found her wandering outside, which was very dangerous for her because she is blind and declawed. She has settled into her new foster home and seems quite happy. She is considered to be one of our permanent residents unless the perfect re-homing opportunity arises.

Tripod is a three legged wonder. She is extremely affectionate and eager to please and gets around as well as any of the 4-legged cats! Although she is also on the "for adoption" page, she has been with us so long and has such special needs, we consider her a "Permanent Resident".
