Hello! My name is Joey Bose (if
you didn't catch that on the homepage!) and I operate
BoseDesigns.com from my home in Lexington, Kentucky. This
business took flight three years ago while I was tinkering
with the web and decided that I could put my talents to better
use. Originally this site was called "Bose Website Development
and Upgrades"... which, as I am sure that you have realized,
is far too lengthy (pictures this as a domain name:
www.bosewebsitedevelopmentandupgrades !). After much
deliberation I settled on a much cleaner, catchier, and
to-the-point "BoseDesigns.com".
Initially, I did freelance
work for... free. Ironic, isn't it? After a few such
projects I had built up my client base and spread my name
around the web. I began to receive requests from large and
small companies alike, locally and not-so-locally (I have had
clients in Canada and England).
This site is actually version 2
of the original BoseDesigns.com:

¿Why BoseDesigns.com?
Originality is my goal, and the unique, one-of-a-kind websites
that I create are attractive and persuasive to your potential
customers. I work one on one with my clients to create the
websites that hover in their imaginations. I gain a great
sense of satisfaction by creating the website that a business
desperately needs, yet keeping it affordable.
¿How are these Sites
Created?
Now, let's get into some
technical details... Adobe Photoshop is my weapon of choice,
especially for those websites that need to explode with eye
candy graphics. However, I can create data driven sites using PHP (a programming language that allows for password-protected
areas, e-commerce, order forms, etc.) as well. Most of the
website is "written" in standard HTML (Hyper Text Markup
Language), which makes it practical for visitors to view your
website without complications. I like to spice websites up
with CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) effects that generate link
effects, text effects, and other graphical styling. All in
all, I develop websites that can easily be edited in the
future. |
